Mindful Meditation Course (90 Minutes)

Designed for those looking to deepen their practice, this immersive experience explores ancient techniques for mindfulness, relaxation, and focus. Guided by our expert wellness instructor, Marcella, this course includes:

  • The Eight Petals of Yoga: Gradually progressing toward a meditative state.
  • Pranayama Breathing Techniques: Learn to calm your mind and turn inward.
  • Body and Mind Awareness: Cultivate self-awareness through observation.
  • Deep Relaxation Techniques: Experience profound relaxation with Yoga Nidra.
  • Accessing Dhyana: Achieve deep focus and mental clarity through meditation.
