Daily: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 am and 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Please reserve no later than 6:00pm the prior day at Guest Services, or contact our Wellness Coordinator

75 minute private in-villas classes: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am

Weekend classes offered upon request*
