Our Group Hatha Yoga Classes are available Monday through Saturday, with two daily sessions (8:00–9:00 AM and 10:30–11:30 AM). These 60-minute classes focus on alignment, intentional movement, and mindfulness, offering a holistic approach to wellness.
Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, manage stress, or reconnect with your inner self, these classes provide the tools to support your journey. The use of props ensures that postures are accessible to all, enhancing the experience for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Rates for Group Classes:
• In-house guests: 300 THB++ per class, with discounted multi-class passes available for additional savings.
• Outside guests: 450 THB++ per class, with multi-class passes also available for added value.
Booking is required by 7 PM the evening before as limited space is available.
