Managing Director: Ken Seibt Ken’s experience includes overseeing the design and construction of fine homes, most notably with an alpine ambiance in the Canadian Rockies. Ken owns three corporations in Canada and brings a strong business background to Koh Jum Estates Co. He is enjoying the opportunity to live in Thailand with his wife, Julie and two daughters, Taylor and Lauren.

Director: Jeffrey Dietrich Jeffrey Dietrich holds a B.S. degree from Antioch College in Environmental Science and owned a business (sales of optical scientific instruments) in Latin America for 15 years. Jeff’s passion for horticulture has flourished with 10 years of landscaping experience in Florida and extensive travels to national parks throughout the tropics.  A member and volunteer in national arboretums in Florida and Seattle, Jeff is passionate about the opportunity to be part of a development which truly honors the land and its people.

Project Advisor: Mr. Vira Artivitavas Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Chulangkorn University, Bangkok Registered with the Board of Senior Professional Engineers inThailand, Mr Vira Artivitavas has over 30 years of Engineering experience in Thailand and abroad. Mr. Vira's experience as a project advisor and project manager on many large scale projects enables him to be a strong liason with management, construction teams and government officials.

Architectural Engineer: Mr. Siri Natesiri
Mr. Siri's 30-plus years of work experience in Thailand and Middle Eastern Countries includes positions as a field engineer and construction inspector in a variety of projects from bridges to commercial high rises. Mr Siri's keen eye for detail ensures a quality structure build to last.
